MA in Arts Administration, Associate Professor, a veteran theatre and dance producer from Taiwan. The founding CEO of Taishin Bank Foundation for Arts and Culture, Huang has been active in bridging the arts with business. With long experience in npo-management, marketing and fundraising for the arts, she also frequently involved in art facility planning and design projects including co-founding the Whashan ArtDistrict in Taipei, and planning for the Da-Guan Theatre, Zendai New Museum for the Arts in Pudong Shanghai to be opened in 2010.
